Buyers: order from multiple suppliers in one app.

Bevgo

About Bevgo

From a garage floor to regional supply infrastructure.

Bevgo did not start in a boardroom. It started in early 2025 with one vehicle, a few clients, and a simple decision: outwork the problem.

We were never trying to build noise. We were trying to build reliability, route by route, order by order, across the Winelands.

Early Days to Scale

One team. One route at a time. Then full infrastructure.

The Story So Far

Built step by step. Not by pitch deck.

Step 1

01

Garage Start (Early 2025)

One vehicle, a handful of clients, and one objective: deliver better than everyone else.

Step 2

02

Owner-Operated Every Day

We packed, routed, invoiced, stocked, and solved breakdowns ourselves, day and night.

Next

Step 3

03

First Premises, Higher Volume

As demand grew, we moved into proper space because customers trusted us with more complexity.

Step 4

04

Platform Infrastructure Today

Bevgo now runs as a supplier marketplace + fulfillment + route-to-market platform layer.

Current Position

From garage-floor prep to late-night runs, Bevgo was built hands-on. We carried the load ourselves first so we could build a system that genuinely carries it now.

The Real Problem

Delivery was only one symptom. Fragmentation was the disease.

We saw two sides of the same breakdown: buyers drowning in operational admin, and suppliers forced into logistics complexity just to keep growing.

What buyers were dealing with

  • Too many reps to manage
  • Too many invoices to reconcile
  • Too many delivery schedules to track
  • No single control layer

What suppliers were dealing with

  • Pressure to build warehousing and fleet
  • High route planning and returns overhead
  • Admin-heavy growth into new areas
  • Logistics complexity blocking expansion

That is where Bevgo pivoted from operator to platform.

The Pivot

We did not become another distributor. We built a supplier marketplace with execution power.

Today, Bevgo is a regional commerce platform where hospitality and residential demand meets supplier growth, backed by structured fulfillment capability.

Lightbulb moment: the market did not need one more supplier. It needed one system that connects buyers, suppliers, and fulfillment in one structured flow.

One Supplier Marketplace

Businesses order from multiple suppliers in one platform, with clear visibility and less admin drag.

Route-to-Market Access

Suppliers access hospitality and residential demand without immediately building a full logistics arm.

Central Execution

Stock handling, pick and pack, and delivery can run through a disciplined operational structure.

Growth Without Chaos

Businesses run operations better. Suppliers scale reach faster. Bevgo handles the infrastructure layer.

Operating Model

Suppliers choose the level of support they need.

Some partners only need route-to-market demand. Others need storage and regional logistics. Our model is built to support both.

Model 1

Route-to-Market Only

Supplier listed on Bevgo marketplace with direct demand exposure.

Model 2

Stock Holding Support

Inventory can be stored within Bevgo operations for smoother execution.

Model 3

Full Regional 3PL

End-to-end fulfillment and delivery execution across regional routes.

Our Position

We own the ordering layer. We execute the infrastructure layer.

Businesses focus on service. Suppliers focus on product. Bevgo carries the operational middle: demand routing, platform ordering, and fulfillment execution.

The goal is simple: growth without operational chaos.

The future of regional trade is structured and platform-led.

From garage roots to a growing logistics and marketplace platform, Bevgo is building infrastructure that serious operators can depend on across the Winelands.

This is only the beginning.
