Bevgo Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Bevgo services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the platform or related services.

2. Services Covered

Bevgo may provide one or more of the following:

• Supplier marketplace access and ordering workflows
• Buyer account and order management tools
• Route-to-market support for approved suppliers
• Standalone fulfillment and regional 3PL logistics services

Specific commercial terms may be set out in separate supplier, buyer, or fulfillment agreements where applicable.

3. Eligibility and Account Responsibility

You must provide accurate information and keep account credentials secure. You are responsible for all activities under your account and for ensuring authorized users comply with these Terms.

4. Supplier Onboarding and Approval

Supplier onboarding is not automatic. Bevgo manually reviews applications based on market demand, operational readiness, compliance, and platform fit. Bevgo may accept, decline, suspend, or remove suppliers at its discretion.

5. Ordering, Pricing, and Availability

• Product listings, pricing, and availability may change without prior notice.
• Orders are subject to confirmation, stock availability, and applicable account terms.
• Bevgo may cancel, refuse, or amend orders where operational, compliance, or payment issues arise.

6. Fulfillment and Delivery

Delivery windows and service levels depend on route coverage, stock position, and operational constraints. Same-day service may be available on applicable routes but is subject to cut-off times, stock readiness, and conditions communicated by Bevgo.

7. Payments, Invoicing, and Credit

Payment terms, invoicing cycles, and credit conditions are governed by your account setup and any applicable commercial agreement. Late payment may result in order holds, credit suspension, or account restriction.

8. Prohibited Conduct

You may not:

• Use Bevgo services for unlawful or fraudulent activities
• Interfere with platform security, performance, or integrity
• Misrepresent product, account, or business information
• Attempt unauthorized access to systems or data

9. Intellectual Property

Bevgo trademarks, branding, software, and platform content remain the property of Bevgo or its licensors. No ownership rights are transferred by use of the platform.

10. Service Changes and Availability

Bevgo may update, suspend, or discontinue features or services at any time. While we aim for high service reliability, uninterrupted access is not guaranteed.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Bevgo is not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages, including loss of profits, revenue, data, or business opportunity arising from use of the services.

12. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold Bevgo harmless against claims, losses, and costs arising from your misuse of the platform, breach of these Terms, or violation of applicable law.

13. Termination

Bevgo may suspend or terminate access where terms are breached, risk is identified, or required by law. You may stop using the services at any time, subject to outstanding obligations.

14. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of South Africa. Disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of competent South African courts, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

15. Updates to Terms

Bevgo may revise these Terms from time to time. Updated terms become effective once published on this page with a revised effective date.
